    convenient location

    delicious breakfast
    room readiness delay

We had a great time on our girls' getaway! We loved biking around Falls Park and exploring local boutiques. The hotel's location made it easy to find good food and fun spots nearby. The complimentary breakfast was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond, especially Patreese at the front desk.

One downside was waiting a bit longer for our room to be ready due to a busy arrival time.

    Charming Stay with Unforgettable Service

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the warm welcome by the valet to the incredible breakfast at Spoonbreads, every detail was delightful. Veronica ensured we had everything we needed, and the eggs Benedict were simply the best! Highly recommend the Sunday buffet for a special treat.

    Perfect spot for a getaway!

Loved this hotel! The bed was super comfy, and I can't believe how quiet the room was. It's right in the middle of everything fun, and I walked to some great restaurants. The breakfast buffet was so good too! Only thing is, the gym could've had a bit more variety in machines.

Had an absolute blast at Spoonbread – those chopped salads are to die for! Plus, the hotel is just steps away from awesome spots like Nas Dive and Grill Marks for some local eats. Loved the charming historical vibe of the place too.

Had a hiccup with the hairdryer taking forever to replace, which threw me off track. The towels weren’t fresh-smelling either, just a little off from what I've known Westin to offer.
